Personalised Training Programme

You will receive a custom workout plan tailored to achieve your unique goals. This involves a consultation call, goal setting and fitness test.

One-to-One Personal Training

Receive 1-1 personal training directly with me, and in line with your fitness goals. This can be carried out in a functional gym or a 1-1 studio based on your needs and comfort levels.

In-Body Scan

An In-Body scanner can be used to assess and update your body’s performance, delivering a precise breakdown of your overall health. In just 2 minutes, find out exactly what you're made of, with accurate insights into your muscle mass, fat levels, body water, BMI and so much more.

Weekly Check-Ins

A weekly check-in will be conducted to review your weeks’ performance & provide additional support to you in areas needed.

Community Chat

Share advice, Ask questions, or just simply vent - we’re on this journey together!

Nutrition Guidance & Support

Evidence based nutrition guidance and support will be provided.

Monthly Performance Reviews

A monthly performance review will be conducted, looking at your progress in relation to your goals and allowing for any adjustments to be made.

Remote Programming

Your programme will not only include your sessions with me, but also your remote training sessions that you choose to do at home or on your own in the gym.
